of experience in the dental profession, Elaine began her journey into aesthetics
in 2007 when she completed her first training course in non-surgical treatments
such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers. Today, she continues to
provide exceptional care to her clients while supporting her team to do the
same.
Elaine is a firm believer in the importance of ongoing professional development.
She invests heavily in her team, ensuring they are always up to date with the
latest advancements in aesthetic treatments.

Gayle has a strong background in both Dentistry and Science, she holds degrees in Medical Biotechnology and Oral Health Science.

In 2014, Gayle decided to shift her clinical focus toward facial aesthetics, expanding her expertise to include this specialised field. Since then, she has remained passionate about staying at the forefront of emerging treatments and techniques.

Gayle’s primary goal is to achieve her patients' desired outcomes, working closely with them to ensure their treatment goals are met.

Kirsten is a highly skilled registered nurse with over 25 years of experience, most recently working as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse at Ninewells Hospital before transitioning to pursue her passion for aesthetics. She graduated from Dundee University with a BSc in Nursing and has since completed her Nurse Independent Prescriber qualification, further enhancing her expertise in the specialised field of aesthetics.

Kirsten is dedicated to working closely with her clients to plan and deliver treatments that achieve realistic, personalised goals. Known for her compassionate care, Kirsten builds strong relationships with her patients, and her commitment to lifelong learning ensures she stays at the forefront of the industry.

Amy earned her BSc in Adult Nursing in 2012 and has since built a strong foundation in Acute Surgical care. In early 2017, she expanded her expertise into aesthetics, completing advanced training and establishing her own part time clinic. With extensive experience in dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments, she has also played a key role in aesthetic education, traveling across the UK to train medical professionals.

Passionate about patient safety and continuous learning, Amy is dedicated to guiding patients through their aesthetic journeys, ensuring high-quality care and results. Most recently, she completed her Nurse Independent Prescriber qualification, further enhancing her knowledge and expertise in the field of aesthetics.

Jen was the first graduate of our Official mentorship program, becoming a fully qualified medical aesthetic practitioner. She trained extensively in skin health, laser treatments, and injectables.

Jen graduated with a BSc in Adult Nursing in 2019 and worked in gynaecology for several years. Her passion for aesthetics had always been present, and although she completed several courses early on, she didn’t feel confident enough to pursue it further at the time. Now, as a fully qualified practitioner, Jen is excited to bring her skills and expertise to the field of aesthetics.

Hayley qualified as a nurse in 2018 and has since built extensive experience in renal care, theatres, and now specialises in fertility nursing. Alongside her NHS role, she has been practising facial aesthetics for over three years, with a focus on safe, natural-looking results that enhance her patients’ confidence.

By balancing her NHS career with aesthetics, Hayley combines strong clinical expertise with a passion for skin health and facial rejuvenation. She brings a caring, professional approach to every treatment, tailoring each plan to achieve subtle, confidence-boosting outcomes.

Hayley's goal is to blend the science of nursing with the artistry of aesthetics helping every patient feel comfortable, confident and empowered in their own skin.

Jane has had a long and varied nursing career within the NHS. After completing her training as a Registered Nurse and Midwife in Edinburgh, she moved to Tayside, where she worked for many years as a specialist nurse in sexual and reproductive health. It was during this time that Jane developed a strong passion for women’s health and well-being. Believing that well-being goes beyond the surface, Jane is also firm in the conviction that when you look good, you can feel good too.

In 2016, she completed her aesthetics training and joined the team. Since then, Jane has been dedicated to empowering her clients to look and feel their best through a range of tailored treatments.

Mandy is one of our highly skilled prescribers at Fresh Inc Medispa, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. With a Master’s-level Non Medical Prescribing qualification, a BSc in Cancer and Palliative Care, and a Postgraduate degree in District Nursing, Mandy’s background in healthcare is both impressive and compassionate.

Her journey into aesthetics began in 2015 when she completed her Botox and dermal fillers training at the Cushier Skills Centre at Ninewells. Since joining the Fresh Inc team in 2022, she has been committed to patient safety, offering expert guidance and personalised care to help clients feel confident throughout their aesthetic journey.

Mandy is also trained in the Wegovy medical weight loss programme to support patients in achieving sustainable weight loss. Mandy’s holistic and supportive approach ensures patients receive the best care, tailored to their individual needs.

Michelle joined our team in 2021 and divides her time between the clinic and her role as a practice nurse. Having completed her BSc in nursing at Dundee University and following the completion of a Specialist Practitioner Qualification in community nursing at Robert Gordon University, Michelle worked as a district nurse prior to practice nursing. 

Michelle has always had a keen interest in aesthetics. She completed her aesthetics training and subsequently a master’s module in Independent Nurse Prescribing. She is passionate about client safety and promoting confidence in both men and women regardless of age. She enjoys supporting clients on their journey to achieving their goals.

With over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Nikki has developed a strong passion for skin health treatments and is committed to helping her clients enhance their skin while boosting their confidence.

Nikki expertly combines holistic treatments, laser therapies, and advanced skin health care, tailoring each session to meet her clients' unique needs. Her dedication to delivering personalised and effective care ensures that every client receives the best possible results.

Karyss qualified in Beauty Therapy in 2016 and has developed a deep expertise
in skin health. Passionate about skincare, she is especially knowledgeable in
the ZO skincare range, providing clients with tailored advice and treatments.

Karyss focuses on skin health treatments and laser therapies, she loves helping
clients feel confident and good about themselves through her personalised
care and expertise.

With over 15 years of experience in beauty therapy, Shirah has built a remarkable career, including serving as Head Therapist and trainer in a renowned 5-star luxury spa. Her passion for skincare shines through in every treatment, as she combines her extensive knowledge of skin health with a genuine desire to help her clients look and feel their best.

Shirah excels in delivering results-driven treatments and products, but she also takes great joy in providing relaxing holistic massages and facials. Her goal is to seamlessly blend relaxation with effective results, ensuring every client leaves feeling rejuvenated and truly refreshed.

With over 7 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Maja has become an expert in skin health. Her extensive knowledge of medical-grade skin health treatments, combined with her expertise in ZO skincare, has enabled her to help countless patients achieve transformative and long-lasting results.

Naomi has over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, beginning her career at one of Scotland's leading leisure and spa hotels.

Since then, she has worked in various salons and spas, continually expanding her expertise through numerous training courses.

Naomi is particularly passionate about medi-facials and massage, always striving to go above and beyond for each client. She is dedicated to ensuring that every individual's needs are met, allowing them to get the most out of their treatment and leave feeling truly cared for.

Tahyla has been a qualified beauty therapist for 8 years and has built her career in a 5-star salon in Broughty Ferry, progressing from Senior Therapist to Salon Manager. With a true passion for skin health, Tahyla now specialises in advanced facials and tailored skincare treatments designed to help every client look and feel their best. Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, she creates a calming, relaxing experience while delivering visible, lasting results.

Gillian has been an invaluable member of our team since 2019, first serving as a Clinical Assistant before recently transitioning into the role of Massage Therapist at our Skin Spa.
